The Company received notification on 16 October 2008 from Altima Partners LLP ('Altima') that, as at 10 October 2008, two funds advised by Altima have a total indirect interest comprising 8,186,302 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares'), representing approximately 16.99% of the Company issued ordinary shares, as follows:
