HOLDING IN COMPANY

The Company has today received notification from Gartmore Investment Limited
("GIL"), dated 1 March 2007, that as a result of the acquisition on 28 February
2007 of 1,379,761 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Shares") pursuant to the
Company's placing, Alphagen Volantis Fund - Prime Brokerage, managed by GIL, is
now interested in 1,714,761 Shares, representing approximately 4.04% of the
Company's issued ordinary shares. The registered holder of these Shares is
Vidacos Nominees Ltd a/c 2303.
