Chief Executive OfficerA Mining graduate of the Camborne School of Mines, Mark is a professional General Manager with 25 years experience in Mining and associated businesses including Explosives and Heavy Industrial Equipment.
Before Mark joined Aurum in 2005 he worked for Ingersoll-Rand Ltd (NYSE: IR), a leading diversified global industrial firm, first as Managing Director of Ingersoll-Rand South Africa (Pty) Ltd until 2002, before relocating to the UK to run their Global Services business in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Before this, Mark held the positions
of Managing Director of Expert
Explosives (Pty) Ltd. based in South Africa and General Manager
of Chai International Development Ltd. based in Thailand.
Mark is a qualified Explosives
Engineer, with an MBA from Newport
University and an Associate Degree from Columbia Business School,
New York.
